La Blanche si presenta con un aspetto opalescente e dorato, con una schiuma bianca e cremosa che persiste nel tempo. Il frumento non maltato utilizzato le dona una straordinaria freschezza che rende la birra molto beverina.
Note di coriandolo e buccia d'arancia predominano sia all'olfatto che al gusto. Particolarmente indicata come aperitivo o per accompagnare piatti leggeri.
